Our Coaching Services

At Oxfordshire Strength Lab, we specialize in powerlifting coaching tailored for all levels, from complete novice to experienced lifter. Our expert-led services ensure that each individual receives the guidance and support needed to thrive in competitive powerlifting.

1:1 Coaching

Personalized 1:1 Coaching, these sessions are designed to be used for people who would like to try powerlifting for the first time, or for people who would like some ad hoc powerlifting coaching

1:1 Coaching packages

Coaching packages are available in blocks of 5 or 10. This option is for people who are sure about a competition just yet but want to continue to develop their powerlifting skills and strength with regular training.

Competition Package

This package is for people who have a goal in mind and a competition booked! This option includes everything you need to get ready for the platform, including:

  • Two 1:1 coaching sessions per month for 3 months

  • 12 weeks of bespoke/phased programming up until the date of your competition

  • 1:1 check ins and lift reviews (on weeks alternate weeks to 1:1 coaching sessions)

  • Competition day coaching (exc expenses)

Online Only

This package is for people who live out of area, or those that would like a bespoke programme without regular 1:1 sessions. This package includes:

  • Bespoke programming updated every 4 weeks

  • Weekly check-in and lift reviews

  • Whatsapp support
